発明の概要(英語) This combined-blade-type open flow path device is a liquid flow path device that has a plurality of adjacent flow paths (6), wherein the liquid flow path device is characterized by having a substrate (2) that constitutes the bottom portion of the flow paths (6), and a plurality of blades (3) that constitute side walls of the flow paths (6) by being positioned upright on a surface of the substrate (2); the plurality of blades (3) being positioned upright across gaps (5) from the upstream-side to the downstream-side of the flow of a liquid (4); it being possible for the liquid (4) to be guided through the flow paths (6) adjacent to the gaps (5); and having one end of each of the flow paths (6) be in contact with the liquid (4) enables the liquid (4) to flow.
従来技術、競合技術の概要(英語) BACKGROUND ART
Conventionally, the tubular structure and has a very small inner diameter, a minute space provided inside the small device that is used as a flow path of the micro flow path for fluid transfer using known apparatus. The application of the minute flow path such as, for example, medical catheter, the microfluidic device for such analysis and reaction or the like are exemplified. By using the microchannel device, the liquid feeding device or analysis device, the size of the reactor, an amount of such analysis and reaction of the sample, liquid or analysis, or the like of the reaction system can be automated and energy saving, various effects are obtained.
However, in the conventional micro flow path device, usually, in the flow path of the contained fluid and high pressure is required as of external energy, external energy is not obtained in an environment, the driving force may not be ensured so that fluid transport is difficult. In addition, in the conventional micro flow path device, accurate structure of the flow path because of a dense structure, such as adhesion of the impurities on the flow path by the inhibition occurs, a closed channel in the cleaning efficiency, low maintenance problem pointed out.
