発明の概要(英語) In this latent heat storage body (100), the surface of a core particle (10) formed from a metal or alloy latent heat storage material is covered by an oxide film of a compositional element of the core particle (10), thus obviating the need for a step for separately producing the core particle and the oxide film (20), which corresponds to a shell accommodating the core particle, and then accommodating the core particle inside of the shell. Further, because there is no expansion of the core particles during a phase transformation from a solid phase to a liquid phase, the components of the dissolved latent heat storage material remain inside spaces covered by the oxide film and the oxide film is not damaged. Furthermore, the oxide film (20) can be made chemically stable.
従来技術、競合技術の概要(英語) BACKGROUND ART
As a method to store heat, sensible heat storage utilizing the change in temperature (for example, Patent Document 1: Japanese Patent Application JP-6-50681) and, to a latent heat storage material utilizing a phase change (for example, Patent Document 2: Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open 10-238979) has been known.
Among these, sensible heat storage technology, and since heat is at a high temperature, the temperature change of the material because of using only the sensible heat, there is a problem that the heat storage density is low. One method of solving the problem of the proposed, such as the latent heat of the molten salt accumulation in the latent-heat storage technique.
As the latent heat of the various embodiments of the heat storage body used in the art and have been proposed, for example, Patent Document 3 (Japanese Patent Application JP-11-23172) is, further, two or three metal coating layer formed from a plurality of latent-heat storage material to the surface of the latent-heat storage capsules and, latent-heat storage material to be coated with a metal coating by an electrolytic plating method characterized in that the latent heat storage capsule and manufacturing methods of the disclosed invention.
In addition, Patent Document 4 (Japanese Patent Application JP-2012-140600) is, salt hydrate and sugar alcohols selected from 1 and at least one water-soluble latent-heat storage material, water-soluble monofunctional monomer and a water-soluble polyfunctional water-soluble monomer mixture containing a polymer obtained from the core, formed from the hydrophobic resin heat storage microcapsules coated with a shell of the disclosed invention.
Further, Patent Document 5 (Japanese Patent Application JP-2012-111825) is, the heat storage material which has a heat storage and inside, the internal heat fixed therein a relative density of 75% or more made of ceramics having an outer shell and a heat accumulating element of the disclosed invention.
