Title METHOD FOR REDUCING LIPID CONTENT OF REARED FISH, AND FEEDSTUFF FOR SAID METHOD
Abstract The present invention addresses the problem of reducing increases in fat content ratio due to culturing and increases in fat content ratio due to species of fish when rearing cultured fish or natural fish that have been caught, and of providing reared fish which have good flavor and texture and in which excessive lipid content is reduced without impacting the weight of the fish. During a pre-shipment rearing period of cultured fish or natural fish that have been caught, the lipid content of reared fish is reduced by rearing the fish using a feedstuff for fish lipid reduction, wherein, of the essential amino acids in a fish rearing feedstuff that is made to contain a required amount of essential amino acids that are necessary for growth depending on the species of fish, an excess content of lysine, said content being the same or more than the required amount of amino acids that are necessary for growth, is mixed into the feedstuff. Reared fish which have good flavor and texture and in which excessive lipid content is reduced are provided by applying the abovementioned method to a method for reducing increases in fat content ratio due to culturing and increases in fat content ratio due to species of fish when rearing cultured fish or natural fish that have been caught, and by rearing fish using the feedstuff for fish lipid reduction for a short period of time during the pre-shipment rearing period.
Scope of claims (In Japanese)[請求項1]
養殖魚又は漁獲した天然魚の出荷前の飼育期間において、魚種によって生育に必要とされる必須アミノ酸の要求量を含有させた魚類飼育用飼料の必須アミノ酸のうち、リジンの飼料中の含有量を、生育に必要なアミノ酸の要求量以上に過剰に配合した魚類脂質低減化用飼料を用いて、魚類を飼育することを特徴とする飼育魚類の脂質含量の低減方法。
[請求項2]
魚類脂質低減化用飼料が、魚種によって生育に必要とされるリジンの必須アミノ酸としての要求量に対して、650%以上を過剰に配合した魚類脂質低減化用飼料であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の飼育魚類の脂質含量の低減方法。
[請求項3]
魚類脂質低減化用飼料を用いて飼育する養殖魚又は漁獲した天然魚の出荷前の飼育期間が、出荷前の2~6日の飼育期間であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の飼育魚類の脂質含量の低減方法。
[請求項4]
飼育魚類の脂質含量の低減が、魚類の筋肉内の脂質含量を、20%以上低下するものであることを特徴とする請求項1~3のいずれかに記載の飼育魚類の脂質含量の低減方法。
[請求項5]
養殖魚又は漁獲した天然魚の出荷前の飼育期間において、魚種によって生育に必要とされる必須アミノ酸の要求量を含有させた魚類飼育用飼料の必須アミノ酸のうち、リジンの飼料中の含有量を、生育に必要なアミノ酸の要求量以上に過剰に配合した魚類脂質低減化用飼料を用いて魚類を飼育することにより飼育魚類の脂質含量を低減させることを特徴とする、過剰な脂質含量を低減させた魚類の飼育方法。

請求項1~4のいずれかに記載の飼育魚類の脂質含量の低減方法、或いは、請求項5に記載の魚類の飼育方法において用いるための、魚種によって生育に必要とされる必須アミノ酸の要求量を含有させた魚類飼育用飼料の必須アミノ酸のうち、リジンの飼料中の含有量を、生育に必要なアミノ酸の要求量以上に過剰に配合した魚類脂質低減化用飼料。
