発明の概要(英語) A phospha-fluorescein compound represented by general formula (I), or a salt, hydrate or solvate of the phospha-fluorescein compound is capable of achieving a sufficient quantum yield, while having a maximum absorption wavelength and a maximum fluorescence wavelength within the range of 600-700 nm. This phospha-fluorescein compound, or a salt, hydrate or solvate thereof is also capable of sufficiently reducing HOMO. (In general formula (I), R1 represents an optionally substituted aryl group; R2 represents a hydrogen atom or an organic group; and R represents a group that is represented by general formula (II) (where, R3 represents an optionally substituted aryl group, an optionally substituted alkyl group, an optionally substituted alkenyl group or an optionally substituted alkynyl group; and R4 represents an optionally substituted alkyl group).)
従来技術、競合技術の概要(英語) BACKGROUND ART
From red to near-infrared light region and is because high tissue penetration, absorption and fluorescence in this region (620 nm or more) dye having the maximum wavelength, in observation of a deep living tissue has attracted attention. For example, fluorescein-based dye, absorption maximum wavelength is 491 nm, with a fluorescence maximum wavelength is 510 nm, the quantum yield is 0.85 (non-patent document 1) is, in an embodiment of the bio-imaging, deep red - with respect to the wavelength of the near infrared region since it is necessary to absorption and fluorescence, and absorption maxima at a wavelength of about 600-700 nm dye having a fluorescence maximum is demanded.

On the other hand, the maximum absorption wavelength and the fluorescence maximum wavelength is shifted to a longer wavelength range, π conjugation xanthene skeleton of the compounds having an expanded configuration, and the absorption maximum wavelength of 595 nm is less than 600 nm is, a maximum fluorescence wavelength can be 660 nm but it is also known, the dye is, much less and a quantum yield of 0.14, is insufficient for the application bio-imaging (non-patent document 3).
