発明の概要(英語) Provided are a cell that can be cultured in vitro , said cell being highly capable of proliferating an influenza virus and appropriately usable for the production of the influenza virus for manufacturing a vaccine, and a method for producing the influenza virus using the aforesaid cell. The cell for producing an influenza virus according to the present invention is characterized in that the expression of at least one gene encoding a protein that participates in an effect of inhibiting the production of the influenza virus in cells is inhibited, said gene(s) being selected from a group consisting of ACTG1 gene, etc. The method for producing an influenza virus according to the present invention is characterized by comprising infecting the aforesaid cell for producing an influenza virus with the influenza virus and then culturing the cell.
従来技術、競合技術の概要(英語) BACKGROUND ART
