Title IN VIVO STEALTH NANOPARTICLE
Abstract Provided is a molecular imprint polymer that is capable of acquiring stealth properties through a new mechanism. The molecular imprint polymer according to the present invention, which has a plasma protein recognition site carrying a plasma protein molecularly imprinted thereon and contains a constituent derived from a biocompatible monomer, is an in vivo stealth nanoparticle to be used in intravascular delivery. As the plasma protein, albumin is preferred. When carrying a drug thereon, the in vivo stealth nanoparticle according to the present invention is usable as a drug for drug delivery system.
Scope of claims [claim1]
1.  A molecularly imprinted polymer comprising the components of plasma protein is derived from and biocompatible monomers having a plasma protein recognition sites that are molecularly imprinted, used for intravascular transport, in vivo stealth nanoparticles.

2.  The plasma protein is albumin, in vivo stealth nanoparticles of claim 1.

3.  Wherein the biocompatible monomer is a zwitterionic compound, in vivo stealth nanoparticles according to claim 1 or 2.

4.  The average particle diameter is 10nm or more 100nm or less, in vivo stealth nanoparticles of any one of claims 1 to 3.

5.  Further comprising a signal group, in vivo stealth nanoparticle of any one of claims 1 to 4.

6.  Drug component is supported, in vivo stealth nanoparticle of any one of claims 1 to 5.

7.  The pharmaceutical ingredient, the polymerizable functional group on the drug contained in the molecularly imprinted polymer as a constituent component derived from a drug monomers covalently bonded, in vivo stealth nanoparticle of claim 6.
