発明の概要(英語) Provided is a heat-tolerant tomato plant having a high ability of forming seed-containing fruits under high-temperature conditions. The present invention relates to: a method for producing a heat-tolerant tomato plant, which comprises introducing a genetic mutation for improving the pollen survival rate and the ability of forming seed-containing fruits under high-temperature conditions compared with those of a wild-type plant into a tomato plant; and a heat-tolerant tomato plant having the mutation introduced thereinto.
従来技術、競合技術の概要(英語) BACKGROUND ART
