Title METHOD FOR SUPPRESSING PROTEIN ADSORPTION
Abstract The present invention addresses the problem of providing a novel method for suppressing the nonspecific adsorption of proteins. Knowledge enabling the abovementioned problem to be solved was obtained, leading to the completion of the present invention, by treating a solid phase in a solid-phase treatment solution having a phosphorylcholine group-containing polymer as the main component, treating a sample in a sample treatment solution having a polymer comprising a phosphorylcholine group, a hydroxyl group and a hydrophobic group as the main component, and then adding the treated sample to the treated solid phase.
Outline of related art and contending technology BACKGROUND ART
The clinical test, in the field of diagnostic agents, immune reactions in a measuring method is widely used. In particular, has been required and high sensitivity inspection, clinical laboratory, improving the sensitivity of the diagnostic agent has been a great challenge. For attaining a high sensitivity, the detection method is a method using a peroxidase or alkaline phosphatase such as from the enzyme reaction, a method of using fluorescence or chemiluminescence is being switched to. Fluorescence or chemiluminescence detection method can be, in theory the inspection target material 1 can identify the presence of the molecule is said to be, in practice the target sensitivity is impossible.

Scope of claims (In Japanese)[請求項1]
以下の工程を含む蛋白質非特異的吸着抑制方法、
(i)ホスホリルコリン基含有ポリマーを主成分とする固相処理液で固相を処理する工程、及び
(ii)ホスホリルコリン基と水酸基と疎水性基を合わせ持つポリマーを主成分とする検体処理液で検体を処理し、さらに、該処理した検体を(i)で処理した固相に添加する工程、
又は、
(iii)ホスホリルコリン基と水酸基と疎水性基を合わせ持つポリマーを主成分とする検体処理液で検体を処理する工程、及び
(iv)ホスホリルコリン基含有ポリマーを主成分とする固相処理液で固相を処理し、さらに、(iii)で処理した検体を該処理した固相に添加する工程。
[請求項2]
前記ホスホリルコリン基含有ポリマーと前記ホスホリルコリン基と水酸基と疎水性基を合わせ持つポリマーの組合せは、以下のいずれか1以上である請求項1に記載の蛋白質非特異的吸着抑制方法、
(1)構成単位が2-メタクリロイルオキシエチルホスホリルコリン、ブチルメタクリレート及びグリセロールメタクリレートであるホスホリルコリン基含有ポリマーと構成単位が2-メタクリロイルオキシエチルホスホリルコリン、ブチルメタクリレート及びグリセロールメタクリレートであるホスホリルコリン基と水酸基と疎水性基を合わせ持つポリマーの組合せ、
(2)構成単位が2-メタクリロイルオキシエチルホスホリルコリン、ブチルメタクリレート及びヒドロキシエチルメタクリレートであるホスホリルコリン基含有ポリマーと構成単位が2-メタクリロイルオキシエチルホスホリルコリン、ブチルメタクリレート及びグリセロールメタクリレートであるホスホリルコリン基と水酸基と疎水性基を合わせ持つポリマーの組合せ、
(3)構成単位が2-メタクリロイルオキシエチルホスホリルコリン及びブチルメタクリレートであるホスホリルコリン基含有ポリマーと構成単位が2-メタクリロイルオキシエチルホスホリルコリン、ブチルメタクリレート及びグリセロールメタクリレートであるホスホリルコリン基と水酸基と疎水性基を合わせ持つポリマーの組合せ、
(4)構成単位が2-メタクリロイルオキシエチルホスホリルコリン及びブチルメタクリレートであるホスホリルコリン基含有ポリマーと構成単位が2-メタクリロイルオキシエチルホスホリルコリン、ブチルメタクリレート及びヒドロキシエチルメタクリレートであるホスホリルコリン基と水酸基と疎水性基を合わせ持つポリマーの組合せ、
(5)構成単位が2-メタクリロイルオキシエチルホスホリルコリン及びグリセロールメタクリレートであるホスホリルコリン基含有ポリマーと構成単位が2-メタクリロイルオキシエチルホスホリルコリン、ブチルメタクリレート及びグリセロールメタクリレートであるホスホリルコリン基と水酸基と疎水性基を合わせ持つポリマーの組合せ、
並びに、
(6)構成単位が2-メタクリロイルオキシエチルホスホリルコリン及びヒドロキシエチルメタクリレートであるホスホリルコリン基含有ポリマーと構成単位が2-メタクリロイルオキシエチルホスホリルコリン、ブチルメタクリレート及びヒドロキシエチルメタクリレートであるホスホリルコリン基と水酸基と疎水性基を合わせ持つポリマーの組合せ。
