発明の概要(英語) This non-invasive blood glucose level measurement device (1) is provided with: a pulse waveform measurement unit (2) having FBG sensors (4) for measuring an acceleration of pulse waveform of a test subject; and a data-processing unit (3) for calculating the blood glucose level of the test subject at the point in time of measurement of the acceleration of pulse waveform, from waveform information of the measured acceleration of pulse waveform, on the basis of a predetermined correlation relationship. The correlation relationship is a standard curve constructed by carrying out a PLS regression analysis, using the blood glucose level measured by a non-invasive method as the objective variable, and a simultaneously-measured acceleration of pulse waveform as the explanatory variable. A non-invasive blood glucose level measurement device capable of measuring blood glucose level at about the same measurement accuracy as an invasive blood glucose level measurement device can be achieved thereby.
従来技術、競合技術の概要(英語) BACKGROUND ART
The prevention of diabetes, blood sugar level measurement on the treatment are essential. The self-measuring blood glucose level (SMBG: Self Monitoring of Blood Glucose) is, this is generally obtained by a puncture due to the blood, the enzyme electrode method or the like by measuring the blood glucose level of the sensor is being performed. Such invasive blood sugar level measurement method, there is a psychological burden on the subject in the blood collection.
