Title PLASMA STERILIZATION DEVICE
Abstract Provided is a plasma sterilization device whereby plasma sterilization can be performed continuously and stably under mild conditions and without degrading quality even of small objects such as granules or a powder, such as a granular or powdered agricultural product. The plasma sterilization device according to the present invention sterilizes an object through use of a plasma generated by applying a voltage across electrodes in a starting material gas atmosphere, wherein the plasma sterilization device is configured so as to be provided with opposing electrodes comprising an upper electrode and a lower electrode facing each other across a gap in the vertical direction, a supplying means for supplying the object toward the gap from a center part of the upper or lower electrode, and a discharging means for discharging the object to the outside along an external peripheral side from the center part of the lower electrode.
