Abstract The present invention provides a chemical heat pump that enables heat storage at high temperatures. The present invention is provided with: a first reactor (2) that is provided with a chemical heat storage material (6) that chemically absorbs or releases CO2; a second reactor (3) that is provided with an absorption material (7) that absorbs or releases CO2; and piping (4) that distributes CO2 between the first reactor (2) and the second reactor (3). A lithium composite oxide is included as the chemical heat storage material (6).
