Abstract The present invention makes it possible to mass produce a bubble jetting chip that includes an arbitrary number of bubble jetting portions of the same size having bubble jetting ports of the same size. Mass production is enabled by producing a bubble jetting chip that includes a substrate and a bubble jetting portion formed on the substrate, said bubble jetting portion including an electrode that is formed of a conductive material, an insulation portion that is formed of an insulative photosensitive resin, is provided so as to sandwich the electrode, and includes an extended portion that extends further than the tip of the electrode, and a gap that is formed between the extended portion of the insulation portion and the tip of the electrode.
