発明の概要(英語) This poly(lactic acid) derivative is represented by general formula (1) or general formula (2). In general formula (1), one of X1 to X5 is an aldehyde group, one of the remaining four is an alkoxy group, and the remaining three are hydrogen atoms. Provided is the poly(lactic acid) derivative represented by general formula (2). In general formula (2), one of R1 to R3 is a chlorine atom, a fluorine atom, an aldehyde group, an alkoxy group, an alkyl group or an ester, and each of the remaining two is a chlorine atom, a fluorine atom, an aldehyde group, an alkoxy group, an alkyl group, an ester or a hydrogen atom.
従来技術、競合技術の概要(英語) BACKGROUND ART
Polylactic acid is, the vegetable-derived material is obtained from lactic acid by an ester linkage or a derivative thereof and a polymer compound, excellent physical and chemical properties on the, biocompatible, biodegradable since they have, excellent in terms of safety, a small load on the environments and living body has attracted attention as a polymer material. In particular, polylactic acid is, absorbs the bioerodible drug delivery system (DDS) such as a medical adhesive carrier and medical material which is expected to be used.
