Title POLY(LACTIC ACID) DERIVATIVE, METHOD FOR PRODUCING SAME, AND POLY(LACTIC ACID)-BASED STEREOCOMPLEX meetings
Abstract This poly(lactic acid) derivative is represented by general formula (1) or general formula (2). In general formula (1), one of X1 to X5 is an aldehyde group, one of the remaining four is an alkoxy group, and the remaining three are hydrogen atoms. Provided is the poly(lactic acid) derivative represented by general formula (2). In general formula (2), one of R1 to R3 is a chlorine atom, a fluorine atom, an aldehyde group, an alkoxy group, an alkyl group or an ester, and each of the remaining two is a chlorine atom, a fluorine atom, an aldehyde group, an alkoxy group, an alkyl group, an ester or a hydrogen atom.
Outline of related art and contending technology BACKGROUND ART
Polylactic acid is, the vegetable-derived material is obtained from lactic acid by an ester linkage or a derivative thereof and a polymer compound, excellent physical and chemical properties on the, biocompatible, biodegradable since they have, excellent in terms of safety, a small load on the environments and living body has attracted attention as a polymer material. In particular, polylactic acid is, absorbs the bioerodible drug delivery system (DDS) such as a medical adhesive carrier and medical material which is expected to be used.
Polylactic acid can be compared to petrochemical polymer material is the heat resistance and mechanical strength is low. Therefore, the heat resistance and mechanical strength of the polylactic acid to alter the studies performed in the related art.
One of the methods, a stereo complex of polylactic acid is made. Is a stereo complex, and a mirror image isomers L formed by mixing with the D, L D are arranged alternately in the body and a regular crystal structure, or such substances having a crystal structure. In general, the stereo complex, the stereo complex crystal structure homologs (body L, D body) has a higher melting point than, the polymer can be the material excellent in heat resistance. Therefore, for polylactic acid, poly L enantiomers thereof by mixing lactic acid and poly D-lactic acid and stereo complex crystal formed, this can be used as a polymer material has been proposed (for example Patent Document 1, reference 2).
In addition, the nature of the modified polylactic acid as an alternative, the end of the polylactic acid is a method of introducing substituent. For example, and non-patent document 1 is 2, one end of the poly L lactic acid and poly D games to each of the one end of the lactic acid derivative chemically bonded to the lactic acid and poly D derivatives containing poly L lactic acid derivative is disclosed. Lactic acid derivatives of these poly L lactic acid and poly D derivatives consisting of thermal decomposition temperature than the stereo complex crystal homo (T10 (10wt % reduction in weight of the view of the temperature) and Tm (melting point) ) is increased, which improves the heat resistance.
