発明の概要(英語) [Problem] To provide a small-sized, lightweight, and inexpensive inscribed planetary gear reduction device that has lower levels of vibration and noise than in the prior art.
[Solution] This inscribed planetary gear reduction device is configured from: a planetary roller (300) that turns while in contact with the outer peripheral surface of an input shaft (C); a planetary gear (400) having an outer ring (430) that turns with the outer periphery of the planetary roller (300) inscribed thereon; a frame member (500) having a fixed outer gear (533) capable of meshing with an inner gear (433) formed in the outside surface of the outer ring (430) and allowing the planetary gear (400) to move in planetary motion along the inner periphery; and an output shaft (600) capable of extracting and outputting only the revolution component from the motion of the planetary gear (400).
従来技術、競合技術の概要(英語) BACKGROUND ART
Conventionally, rotation of the rotary shaft of the drive source such as a motor driving force is transmitted through the mechanical apparatus, with respect to the power from a drive source, the reduction gear transmission or the like are connected to, so as to be adapted to the characteristics of the machine, the rotation of the rotary shaft from a drive source and adjust the speed or torque is typically used.
Then, such mechanical devices, for example, audio recording and image recognition or the like so as to follow up the target for the purpose of operating a pan head of relatively small, the size of a toy which can be hand-communication using the robot, or, in the radio control model or the like, low vibration and quieter, more compact actuator has been required, these may be used to speed reducer, low vibration and low noise is more compact and lighter weight are required.
However, such a relatively small size of the electrical actuator motor speed-reduction spur gears used and the planet gears and the like, and suffer from significant noise, instead of these in the case of using the worm wheel, noise is smaller, the size of the assembly may be increased.
In addition, a small motor or the like as described above is used as a reducer having a planetary gear mechanism with a planetary gear speed reducer is often used. The planetary gear speed reducer may be, for example, as shown in Fig. 14 (A), in the vehicle and the drive shaft and the planetary gears S P C from the engine, the turbine extracts power from the output shaft O, expression of the speed reduction mechanism such as S-P-C are known, the speed reducer having a planetary gear mechanism such as one of, for example, cycloid reduction gear unit (trade name as' the cycloidal speed reducer (registered trademark) ' or the like) and the like.
