Title BIOABSORBABLE STAPLE commons meetings
Abstract Provided is a bioabsorbable staple (1) that is less likely to break when kept inside a living body. The staple (1) is made of a biodegradable metal material. The staple (1) comprises: two insertion parts (2) to be inserted into biological tissue; a bridge part (3) that extends over a site to be sutured; and connection parts (4) connecting the respective insertion parts (2) and the bridge part (3). The connection part (4) is formed in a shape including a curved part having no bend point. At least a portion of the bridge part (3) is located on the tip-end side of the insertion parts (2) than a line connecting the respective top parts (41, 41) of the connection parts (4).
Outline of related art and contending technology BACKGROUND ART
At the time of surgery, as suturing the wound yarn has been used, in recent years, more quickly and easily be sutured, in addition, failure of the suture after surgery as compared to also as a means of substantially the same as in the hand, the staples are used. Staples, skin, blood vessel, intestinal, or a variety of organs such as bone and muscles used in the surgical site. In addition, by inserting a suture placed from the outside of the skin or the like, or in vivo in the blood vessel, intestinal tract or internal organs within the living body after placement of the sutures and the like, in the method according to the portion of the suture used.
Of the staple, the staple is deployed in a living body, stainless steel, titanium, the surface of a metal such as tantalum and the amorphous diamond-like carbon film was formed, the staples are insoluble in the human body (see Patent Document 1) are known. In addition, skin, fascia or internal organs in order to close the wound on, made of a metal material to be soluble in the human body the staple has been known (see Patent Document 2).
Scope of claims (In Japanese)[請求項1]
生分解性金属材料で形成したステープルであって、
前記ステープルは、生体組織に刺し込む2本の刺入部、縫合箇所を跨る架設部、前記刺入部と前記架設部を連結する連結部を含み、
前記連結部は、屈曲点を有しない湾曲部を含む形状に形成され、且つ、
前記連結部の頂部と頂部を結んだ線より、前記架設部の少なくとも一部が刺入部の先端側に位置する生体吸収性ステープル。
[請求項2]
前記架設部の全てが、前記連結部の頂部と頂部を結んだ線より刺入部の先端側に位置する請求項1に記載の生体吸収性ステープル。
[請求項3]
前記連結部のもっとも湾曲した部分が、曲率半径=0.275mm以上である請求項1又は2に記載の生体吸収性ステープル。
[請求項4]
前記生分解性金属材料が、マグネシウムを主成分とする合金から選択される請求項1~3の何れか一項に記載の生体吸収性ステープル。
[請求項5]
前記生分解性金属材料の周りが、生分解性樹脂でコーティングされている請求項1~4の何れか一項に記載の生体吸収性ステープル。
