発明の概要(英語) The objective of the present invention is to provide a composition including a substance identified as inducing cell reprogramming. The objective of the present invention is also to provide multifunction cells having high safety when applied to regenerative medicine, using said composition, and a production method therefor. According to the present invention, a cell reprogramming-inducing composition including at least one 30S ribosome protein selected from the group consisting of 30S ribosome protein S2, 30S ribosome protein S8 and 30S ribosome protein S15 as a substance that reprograms cells derived from a mammalian animal is provided. Further, a production method for multifunction cells from somatic cells using said composition is provided.
従来技術、競合技術の概要(英語) BACKGROUND ART
Various types of cells (pluripotent) cells with their varying as, ES cells and iPS cells have been developed. However, ES cells, by utilizing a fertilized eggs ethical problems.
