Title Pulse generation device
Abstract A pulse generation device 10 is provided with: a substrate 24; a spin injector 14 disposed on the substrate 24 and comprising a ferromagnetic material; a spin rotor 18 disposed on the substrate 24 and comprising a ferromagnetic material, the spin rotor 18 having magnetic anisotropy such that the direction of a first axis provides an axis of easy magnetization; a channel portion 12 comprising a non-magnetic material and which is bonded to the spin injector 14 and the spin rotor 18 either directly or via an insulating layer; and a generation portion 30 which generates a pulse by detecting a state in which, when a magnetic moment M of the spin rotor 18 is inverted from a state of pointing in one direction of the first axis L1 to a state of pointing in the other direction of the first axis L1, the magnetic moment M of the spin rotor 18 is pointing along a second axis L2 perpendicular to the first axis L1.
Scope of claims [claim1]
1. A pulse generating apparatus includes: a substrate; a spin injection member disposed on the substrate and composed of a strong magnetic body; a spin rotor disposed on the substrate and formed of a strong magnetic body; and a channel portion formed of a non-magnetic body which is connected directly to the spin injection member and the self rotating rotor or the dielectric insulating layer, and a channel portion; and a generating part for detecting a physical quantity or a physical property value depending on the direction of the magnetic moment of the rotation rotor, and when the magnetic moment of the rotation rotor reverses from a state toward one side of the first axis toward a state opposite to the one side of the first axis, the second axis orthogonal to the first axis is detected by detecting the magnetic moment of the self rotating rotor facing to the first axis. The physical quantity or physical property value corresponding to the direction of the direction is generated.

The invention relates to a pulse generating device of a request item 1, wherein, the cross-sectional shape of the inner direction of the base plate of the self rotating rotor is characterized in that the distance between the points which are furthest apart in the second axial direction of the contour line is longer than the distance between the points which are separated most by the contour line of the shape and the second axis crossing.

3. The invention relates to a pulse generating device for a request item 1, wherein, the cross-sectional shape of the inner direction of the base plate of the self rotating rotor is elliptical, and the second axis is the long axis of the ellipse.

A pulse generating device for a request item 1, wherein the generating part comprises an intermediate layer, and the self rotating rotor is provided with a non-strong magnetic metal or an insulator, the fixing layer is connected with the intermediate layer, and the magnetic moment is fixed in the direction of the second axis, and the acquiring part obtains the current flowing between the rotating rotor and the fixed layer or generated from the above self-rotating rotor. A voltage between the rotor and the fixed layer.

A voltage between the rotor and the fixed layer.
