Abstract The present invention relates to synthesis methods for cysteine with an isotopically labeled sulfur atom and a cysteine derivative. The present invention also relates to a kit for use in the synthesis methods. The present invention makes it possible to easily and efficiently synthesize cysteine with an isotopically labeled sulfur atom and a cysteine derivative.
Scope of claims [claim1]
1. The sulfur atom being synthetic method of the cystein which the isotopic labeling is done, cystein synthetase (EC: 2.5.1.47) Under existing, the process which reacts the substrate which the isotopic labeling is done is included concerning O-ASECHIRU-L-SERIN and the sulfur atom, the substrate which the isotopic labeling is done the hydrogen sulfide sodium (NaHS), the sodium sulfide (Na [2] S), or the hydrogen sulfide (H [2] S) is here concerning the particular sulfur atom, and here the isotopic labeling of the particular sulfur atom, the stable isotope (32) S and the stable isotope (34) S and the radioisotope (33) S and the radioisotope (35) is selected from the group which consists of S, the aforementioned method.

(ii) The cystein derivative, the sulfur atom is the S-suruho cystein which the isotopic labeling is done, under existing of cystein synthetase B, O-ASECHIRU-L-SERIN and the sodium thiosulfate (Na [2] S [2] O [3]) the process which it reacts is included, here the sulfur atom, the stable isotope (32) S and the stable isotope (34) S and the radioisotope (33) S and the radioisotope (35) is selected from the group which consists of S;
(iii) The cystein derivative, the sulfur atom is the cystein per sulfide which the isotopic labeling is done, under existing of cystein synthetase, O-ASECHIRU-L-SERIN and two sodium sulfide (Na [2] S [2]) the process which it reacts is included, here the sulfur atom, the stable isotope (32) S and the stable isotope (34) S and the radioisotope (33) S and the radioisotope (35) is selected from the group which consists of S;
(iv) The cystein derivative, the sulfur atom to be the cystein per sulfide which the isotopic labeling is done, (a) under existing of cystein synthetase, reacting the substrate which the isotopic labeling is done concerning O-ASECHIRU-L-SERIN and the sulfur atom and the sulfur atom the process which obtains the cystein which the isotopic labeling is done, the substrate which the isotopic labeling is done the hydrogen sulfide sodium (NaHS), or the sodium sulfide (Na [2] S) to be here concerning the particular sulfur atom, and here as for the isotopic labeling of the particular sulfur atom, the stable isotope (32) S and the stable isotope (34) S and the radioisotope (33) S and the radioisotope (35) it is selected from the group which consists of S, and (b) process (a) with the sulfur atom which is obtained is included the process which reacts cystein and two sodium sulfide which the isotopic labeling are done;
