1. Having the following formula: PdxRuyMz(Mis Rh, Pt, cu, Ag, Ir and Au is at least one selected from the group consisting of type 1. x+y+z=1, x+ y=0.01-0.99, z=0.99-0.01, x:y=0.1:0.9-0.9:0. 1) a multi-component solid solution represented by the fine particles.
