発明の概要(英語) [Problem] To provide an end mill machining device, a cam device, an NC program, and a machining method in which regeneration-type self-induced vibration and mode-coupling-type self-induced vibration are suppressed. [Solution] This end mill machining device 100 has an end mill 10, and a control unit 150 for controlling the end mill 10. The ratio of the protrusion length of the end mill 10 with respect to the diameter of the end mill 10 is 5-50. The end mill 10 has a variable-pitch equal lead or a variable lead. The control unit 150 controls the end mill 10 such that the contact angle between the end mill 10 and a work material M1 during machining is equal to or less than a critical contact angle θlim.

1.
