発明の概要(英語) Provided is a sulfide solid electrolyte material that does not contain Ge, and is provided with both excellent electrochemical stability and high lithium ion conductivity. The sulfide solid electrolyte contains a sulfide-based solid electrolyte represented by compositional formula Li4–4z–x[SnySi1–y]1+z–xPxS4, where 0.5 ≤ x ≤ 0.6, y = 0.2, and 0 ≥ z ≥ –0.2, and has a peak at a position 2θ = 29.58°±0.50° with X-ray diffraction measurement using CuKα rays, and does not have a peak at a position 2θ = 27.33°±0.50° with X-ray diffraction measurement using CuKα rays, or, in a case having a peak at the abovementioned position 2θ = 27.33°±0.50°, when the diffracted intensity of the peak of the abovementioned 2θ = 29.58°±0.50° is IA, and the diffracted intensity of the peak of the abovementioned 2θ = 27.33°±0.50° is IB, the value of IB/IA is less than 0.50.

1. A composition formula Li4-4z-xSnySi1-y1+z-xPxS4shown, where 0.5≦x≦0. 6, y=0.2,0≧z≧-0.2 and, CuK α line is used for X-ray diffraction measurement in the 2θ=29.58°±0.50° position having a peak, CuK α line is used for X-ray diffraction measurement in the 2θ=27.33°±0.50° position of the peak is not present or, the 2θ=27.33°±0.50° position having a peak in the case, the 2θ=29.58°±0.50° peak diffracted intensity IAand, in the above-described 2θ=27.33°±0.50° peak diffracted intensity IBwhen it, IB/IAvalue of less than 0.50, the sulfide solid state electrolyte.

2. 2θ=29.58°±0.50° having a peak in the position of the crystalline phase, and a lattice constant of the axial length 8.65-8. 70Å, in which the c axis length of 12.55-12.62, according to claim 1 sulfide solid state electrolyte.

3. Wherein the axial length in the range, in the above composition formulas x increases, gradually decreases the shaft length, according to claim 2 sulfide solid state electrolyte.
