Title SULFIDE SOLID ELECTROLYTE
Abstract Provided is a sulfide solid electrolyte material that does not contain Ge, and is provided with both excellent electrochemical stability and high lithium ion conductivity. The sulfide solid electrolyte contains a sulfide-based solid electrolyte represented by compositional formula Li4–4z–x[SnySi1–y]1+z–xPxS4, where 0.5 ≤ x ≤ 0.6, y = 0.2, and 0 ≥ z ≥ –0.2, and has a peak at a position 2θ = 29.58°±0.50° with X-ray diffraction measurement using CuKα rays, and does not have a peak at a position 2θ = 27.33°±0.50° with X-ray diffraction measurement using CuKα rays, or, in a case having a peak at the abovementioned position 2θ = 27.33°±0.50°, when the diffracted intensity of the peak of the abovementioned 2θ = 29.58°±0.50° is IA, and the diffracted intensity of the peak of the abovementioned 2θ = 27.33°±0.50° is IB, the value of IB/IA is less than 0.50.
Outline of related art and contending technology BACKGROUND ART
The personal computer in recent years, such as a mobile phone or a video camera and related equipment information with the rapid popularization of communication device or the like, the development of batteries are used as power sources thereof has been regarded as important. In addition, may also be incorporated in the automotive industry, for a hybrid vehicle or electric vehicle high output and high capacity battery has been developed. Currently, among a variety of batteries, from the viewpoint of high energy density, a lithium battery has gained attention.
Is currently commercially available lithium ion battery, a flammable organic solvent for electrolytic solution is used, the safety device to suppress the temperature rise during a short circuit of the structure for the mount and to prevent a short circuit, the improvement of the material surface is required. On the other hand, the electrolytic solution instead of the solid electrolyte layer, and the all-solid-state battery is the lithium ion battery, a flammable organic solvent in the battery is not used, the safety device can be simplified, the manufacturing cost and is considered to be excellent in productivity.
All solid state lithium battery used as the solid electrolyte material, a sulfide solid electrolyte material is known. For example, in Non-Patent Document 1, Li(4-x) Ge(1-x) Px S4 Li ion conductor having a composition of (a sulfide solid electrolyte material) is disclosed. In addition, in Patent Document 1, a particular X-ray diffraction measurement in a high proportion of the crystal phase having a peak of the LiGePS-based sulfide solid electrolyte material is disclosed. Further, in the non-patent document 2, the sulfide solid electrolyte material of the LiGePS system has been disclosed.
Scope of claims (In Japanese)[請求項1]
組成式 Li4-4z-x[SnySi1-y1+z-xPxS4で示され、ここで0.5≦x≦0.6、y=0.2、0≧z≧-0.2であり、
CuKα線を用いたX線回折測定における2θ=29.58°±0.50°の位置にピークを有し、CuKα線を用いたX線回折測定における2θ=27.33°±0.50°の位置にピークを有しないか、上記2θ=27.33°±0.50°の位置にピークを有する場合、上記2θ=29.58°±0.50°のピークの回折強度をIAとし、上記2θ=27.33°±0.50°のピークの回折強度をIBとした際に、IB/IAの値が0.50未満である、硫化物固体電解質。
[請求項2]
2θ=29.58°±0.50°の位置にピークを有する結晶相において、格子定数のa軸長が8.65~8.70Åであり、c軸長が12.55~12.62である、請求項1に記載の硫化物固体電解質。
[請求項3]
前記軸長範囲において、前記組成式中のxの増加に伴い、前記軸長が漸減する、請求項2に記載の硫化物固体電解質。
