発明の概要(英語) An object state detection/transmission system provided with: a spectroscopy terminal device in which a spectroscope for measuring a reflection spectrum on the basis of reflected light reflected by a target object and an electronic instrument for receiving the measured reflection spectrum are integrally provided; and a server device connected to the spectroscopy terminal device via a communication line; wherein the electronic instrument is provided with an imaging means for capturing an image of the target object and obtaining a captured image, a GPS means for measuring the position of the target object, a sensor means for measuring the azimuth and angle of the target object, a clocking means for clocking the imaging and a predetermined time, and a communication means for transmitting the captured image, the position of the target object, the azimuth and angle of the target object, and the imaging time and the predetermined time together with the received reflection spectrum to the server device.
