発明の概要(英語) Disclosed is a purine nucleoside derivative represented by formula (Ia) or the like. In the formula, each of X1 and X2 independently represents a nitrogen atom, -CH= or -CR2= (wherein R2 represents an alkyl group); Ar represents an optionally substituted aryl group or an optionally substituted heteroaryl group; R1 represents a hydrogen atom or an optionally substituted alkyl group; and Z represents a sugar residue.

1. (Ia) according to the following equation, (Ib), (IIa) or (IIb) :
