発明の概要(英語) Provided are a morbid state diagnosis support system, a morbid state diagnosis data-generating system, and a morbid state diagnosis support method which are capable of supporting a highly reliable morbid state diagnosis. A morbid state diagnosis support system comprises: a stretching device 10 for stretching a cell tissue piece P; an image capture device 30 for obtaining image data by capturing an image of the tissue piece P; an image analysis device 40 for analyzing the image data and calculating a morbid-state index based on the pattern of cracks produced in the tissue piece P due to stretching; and an output device 50 for outputting the calculated index.
従来技術、競合技術の概要(英語) BACKGROUND ART
As a method for diagnosing a disease state of the tested person, the person who makes a diagnosis of the cells obtained from tissue sections were observed with an optical microscope, in the form of a micro-level cells based on the diagnosis and the standard techniques. However, the tissue sections were observed with a microscope even in the case, for example tissue sections included in the malignant or benign tumor to determine whether the case is often difficult. Therefore, the diagnosis of a disease condition of the diagnosis support system and pathological diagnosis support method has been demanded.
Patent Document 1 is, by the X-ray imaging apparatus configured as described in the diagnosis support apparatus. The diagnosis supporting apparatus, the image captured by the X-ray imaging apparatus 2 with respect to the two-dimensional discrete wavelet transform processing on the calculated frequency coefficients, for each frequency band of the frequency coefficient from the average value of the objective measure of the tumor is calculated and displayed.
