発明の概要(英語) [Problem] To develop novel nanofibers that constitute a composite electrolyte membrane and provide an electrolyte membrane which has sufficient ion conductivity (proton conductivity) and gas barrier properties even if formed into a thin membrane of 30 μm or less. [Solution] Surface-modified nanofibers which are obtained by modifying the surfaces of polymer nanofibers with an acidic substance and a basic substance, and which are characterized in that the acidic substance has proton conductivity and the basic substance increases the modification amount of the acidic substance; an electrolyte membrane which contains these nanofibers; and a method for producing a composite membrane, which comprises a step for forming a nonwoven fabric formed of polymer nanofibers, a step for subjecting the nonwoven fabric to a surface modification treatment, a step for integrating the surface-modified nanofibers and a matrix polymer by filling the pores of the nonwoven fabric with the matrix polymer, and a step for subjecting an electrolyte membrane containing the surface-modified nanofibers to a post-treatment.

1. A nanofiber on the surface of the nanofibers of the surface modification at the modified site of the molecule or, said molecule at the modified site is characterized by having a proton conductivity of the surface-modifying nanofibers.

2. Wherein the molecule is at the modified site, following A), B), C) according to claim 1 characterized in that the surface modification has a nanofiber. A) having a functional group capable of interacting with the nanofiber. B) composed of the acidic substance and the basic substance. C) The acidic and basic material, composed of an alternating laminated structure.

3. In that the acidic substance, the proton conductivity of the acidic functional group in a plurality of a low molecular weight polymer or has a structure selected from the group, wherein the basic substance, having a plurality of basic functional groups selected from the group of the low-molecular or polymer having a structure according to claim 2 characterized in that the surface-modified nanofibers.

Wherein the acidic functional group is a proton conductivity, and a sulfonic acid group, a phosphonic acid group or a carboxylic acid group, wherein the basic functional group, a tertiary nitrogen, such as a quaternary nitrogen, such as a quaternary phosphorus or quaternary sulfur group having at least one of the surface modification according to claim 3 and nanofibers.

Wherein the group having a tertiary nitrogen, amine derivatives, pyridine derivatives, imidazole derivatives, wherein the group having quaternary nitrogen, ammonium, pyridinium, imidazolium group, quaternary phosphorus groups, phosphonium group and, wherein the sulfonium groups are quaternary sulfur group according to claim 4 characterized in that the surface-modified nanofibers.

Wherein the ratio of the molecules on the surface of the existence of the site of modification, 5-90 mass % of the surface modification during the whole of the nanofiber and, when the fiber diameter of the surface modified nanofibers 1000nm or less, characterized in that for the surface modification of any of claims 1-5 nanofibers.

7. Wherein said nanofiber is, following Pa), PB), PC) according to claim 1 characterized in having a structure of the nanofibers of the surface modification. Pa) in the main chain, and/or aromatic group containing an aliphatic group-containing recurring unit. PB) to the main chain skeleton, or a functional group side chain, an acidic material or basic and interacts with a substance capable of having a plurality of basic or acidic functional groups. PC) is formed by electrospinning and fibers, the fiber diameter of 300nm or less.

Of the surface modification of any of claims 1-7 comprising nanofibers with an electrolyte film, the proportion of the surface modified nanofibers, 10-90 mass % and the total amount of the electrolyte membrane, a thickness of 30μm or less, wherein the nanofibers of the surface modification of the electrolyte membrane.

The step of forming a non-woven fabric composed of nanofibers, wherein the step of performing the surface modification treatment in a non-woven fabric, a nonwoven fabric is filled in the voids of the matrix polymer, and the nanofibers of the surface modification of the matrix polymer of the matrix polymer and is integrated with the step of obtaining a non-woven fabric is filled, and filled with a non-woven fabric of the matrix polymer obtained by post-fabrication method including the step of the electrolyte membrane.
