発明の概要(英語) The present invention addresses the problem of providing a block copolymer which can be used in a neutral solvent atmosphere and can be used to produce a solid polymer film containing nanoparticles. The problem can be solved by a block copolymer represented by formula (1). (R1 represents a linear, branched, or cyclic alkyl group having 1-20 carbon atoms, an aryl group having 6-20 carbon atoms, or an aralkyl group having 7-20 carbon atoms. R2 represents a group having a functional group having an acid dissociation constant pKa of 0.5-7. R3, R4, and R5 each represent H or a linear, branched, or cyclic alkyl group having 1-20 carbon atoms. R6, R7, and R8 each represent hydrogen, a hydroxy group, a nitro group, a carboxy group, or a carbonyl group. X represents an amide or an ester, but does not have to be contained. Y represents an amide or an ester, but does not have to be contained. p represents an integer of 1-10, but does not have to be contained. n represents an integer of 3-1000, m represents an integer of 3-1000, and t represents an integer of 3-1000, but n does not have to be contained. n, m, and t may be arranged in any order, and when n is contained, n and m are arranged adjacent to each other.)
従来技術、競合技術の概要(英語) BACKGROUND ART
The fuel cell, chemical reaction with hydrogen and oxygen to electricity and apparatus, high energy efficiency, there is almost no discharge of environmental contaminants. Therefore, in consideration of global environment as a new power generation system, further popularization has been expected. To the fuel cell, the fuel gas is supplied and an anode electrode, cathode electrode and the oxidant gas is supplied, is provided between the respective electrodes, the anode electrode to the cathode to conduct protons from the solid high polymer film is included as a component.
Of the above-described constituent elements, as the solid polymer membrane which conducts protons, Nafion (Nafion, a registered trademark) is known. Is Nafion, a sulfonated tetrafluorethylene copolymer and, at the end of the backbone by grafting a polytetrafluoroethylene sulfonic acid group has a negative charge, positive charge between them can be easily and the movement of the proton group, proton conductivity becomes higher.
Also, the Nafion is a development from age 1960, various other polymers blended, stability improvements for such as, Nafion as the solid polymer membrane of the fuel cell employed is large in the example. However, the Nafion is, having a sulfonic acid group and can be highly acidic, neutral solvent in the atmosphere cannot be used (see Patent Document 1) there is a problem.
In order to solve the above drawback, Fe ions, Co ions, Ru ions, Zn ions, Ni ions selected from the group consisting of any 1 or 2 or more metal ions, bis (terpyridyl) benzene of the hybrid organic/metal electrode film, the neutral solvent atmosphere can be the proton conductive polymer film (see Patent Document 1) are known.
In addition, in the field of the fuel cell, the anode electrode and cathode electrode in an element, a water-holding ability of the noble metal nanoparticles having been described can be included (see Patent Document 2).
