発明の概要(英語) Provided is a transition metal oxide that has a novel morphology and is useful as a solid metal catalyst or as a support. An oxide composite comprises a mesoporous silica and a transition metal oxide and is characterized in that an amorphous transition metal oxide is present in film form on the surface of the mesoporous silica and on the interior surface of the pores of the mesoporous silica.
特許請求の範囲(英語) [claim1]
1. Mesoporous silica and an oxide containing a transition metal oxide and a composite, the inner surface of the surface and the pores of the mesoporous silica is in an amorphous state and to form a film of a transition metal oxide is characterized by the presence of a complex oxide.

2. Wherein the surface of the composite oxide as measured in the measuring ray diffraction X, 2 θ=20° 50° or more diffraction peaks are observed in a range of not complex oxide according to claim 1.

3. Wherein the surface of the composite oxide as measured in the elemental analysis, at least in the range of 1 200nm λ>absorption peak of the one or more of claims 1 or 2 observed oxide composite.

4. Wherein an amount of hydroxyl groups on the surface of the mesoporous silica with the surface of the composite oxide with respect to the amount of hydroxyl groups, 40 molar % or more of any one of claims 1-3 oxide composite.

5. Wherein said transition metal oxide, the second 4-metal selected from Group 10 of the first oxide of any one of claims 1-4 oxide composite.

6. Wherein said transition metal oxide, tantalum oxide, niobium oxide, titanium oxide, zirconium oxide and cerium oxide selected from the group consisting of any one of claims 1-5 oxide complex oxide.

7. A complex oxide of any one of claims 1-6 containing catalyst.

8. Any one of claims 1-6 oxide complex of the catalyst carrier.

9. A non-polar solvent and a transition metal alkoxide and a mesoporous silica film in the step of reacting, and the resulting reaction product comprising the step of firing in air, mesoporous silica and an oxide containing a transition metal oxide and a composite, the inner surface of the surface and the pores of the mesoporous silica is in an amorphous state and to form a film of a transition metal oxide is characterized by the presence of the complex oxide and manufacturing.
