発明の概要(英語) Provided is a transition metal oxide that has a novel morphology and is useful as a solid metal catalyst or as a support. An oxide composite comprises a mesoporous silica and a transition metal oxide and is characterized in that an amorphous transition metal oxide is present in film form on the surface of the mesoporous silica and on the interior surface of the pores of the mesoporous silica.
従来技術、競合技術の概要(英語) BACKGROUND ART
Fixed to the carrier metal and solid metal-catalyzed reaction, the carrier can be greatly changed by the type of structure is known. On the other hand, mesoporous silica, the pores in a uniform and regular (mesopores) as the adsorbent material and the catalyst have been studied. For example, mesoporous metal oxide to ceria-zirconia solid solution carrying the catalyst have been reported (JP-1-3 or the like).
