発明の概要(英語) The purpose of the present invention is to provide a meniscus regeneration substrate that, by filling the defective part of the meniscus of the knee joint, can promote meniscus regeneration in regenerative therapy on the meniscus. The present invention provides a meniscus regeneration substrate that, by filling the defective part of the meniscus of the knee joint, can promote meniscus regeneration in regenerative therapy on the meniscus, the meniscus regeneration substrate comprising a laminate in which a film layer made of bioabsorbable material, a layer made of a nonwoven fabric that is made of bioabsorbable material and has an average pore diameter of 5 to 20 μm, and a layer made of a nonwoven fabric that is made of bioabsorbable material and has an average pore diameter of 22 to 50 μm, are integrally combined, at least one surface of the laminate being the film layer made of bioabsorbable material.

1. In the treatment of reproduction of the meniscus, the meniscus of the knee joint may be filled into a defective portion, the semi-circular plate to promote regeneration of the meniscus can be reproduced in the substrate, the film layer comprised of a bioabsorbable material, the average pore diameter is made of a bio-absorbable material 5-20 μm layer made of non-woven material, and, when the average hole diameter made of a bio-absorbable material is made of a non-woven fabric 22-50 μm integrated composite layer, wherein the at least one surface of the bio-absorbable material of the laminate film layer comprised from the group consisting of meniscal regeneration characterized in that the base material.
