Abstract The purpose of the present invention is to provide a meniscus regeneration substrate that, by filling the defective part of the meniscus of the knee joint, can promote meniscus regeneration in regenerative therapy on the meniscus. Scope of claims [claim1]
1. In the treatment of reproduction of the meniscus, the meniscus of the knee joint may be filled into a defective portion, the semi-circular plate to promote regeneration of the meniscus can be reproduced in the substrate, the film layer comprised of a bioabsorbable material, the average pore diameter is made of a bio-absorbable material 5-20 μm layer made of non-woven material, and, when the average hole diameter made of a bio-absorbable material is made of a non-woven fabric 22-50 μm integrated composite layer, wherein the at least one surface of the bio-absorbable material of the laminate film layer comprised from the group consisting of meniscal regeneration characterized in that the base material.
