発明の概要(英語) [Problem] To provide a sleep determining device, a sleep determining method, and a sleep determining program, which can determine a sleep stage accurately and in detail.
[Solution] A sleep determining device according to the present invention is provided with: a heart rate data acquiring unit which, on the basis of heart rate data from the body of a user, acquires the ratio between very low frequency (VLF) components, low frequency (LF) components, and high frequency (HF) components of the heart rate, the average of heartbeat intervals (RRI), and the standard deviation of heartbeat intervals (RRI) as heart rate fluctuation parameters representing the state of the heart rate; and a sleep state determining means that determines which one among a first non-REM sleep stage and a second non-REM sleep stage the heart rate fluctuation parameters of the user correspond to on the basis of a first determination condition that is set on the basis of the correlation between the heart rate fluctuation parameters and the first non-REM sleep stage, and a second determination condition that is set on the basis of the correlation between the heart rate fluctuation parameters and the second non-REM sleep stage.
従来技術、競合技術の概要(英語) BACKGROUND ART
Conventionally, in order to determine the sleep stage, brain waves, respiration, eye movement, an electrocardiogram, blood pressure etc. on the basis of the inspection items of inspection (PSG) sleep polysomnography known.
However, PSG inspection, a large number of electrodes to the body of the mounting of the device having a PSG necessary to perform measurement at a facility such as a hospital and, physical, psychological burden is large there is a restriction.In addition, the inspection items obtained by the PSG device in order to grasp the sleep stage, a skilled professional need to be carried out, a problem that the cost is high.
Therefore, in recent years, without using PSG device, wrist watch-type information such as an electrocardiogram measurement device or the like by using a heartbeat signal, estimating a sleep stage in a simple manner has been proposed (see Non-Patent Document 1, 2, 3).
