Abstract The present invention addresses the problem of providing a fused protein capable of easily producing a protein structure having high uniformity, and providing a structural body formed by such a fused protein. This fused protein has a protein capable of forming a homopentamer or a protein capable of forming a homohexamer, and a protein capable of forming an antiparallel-type coiled-coil structure. In addition, this structural body is formed by the bonding together of molecules of the fused protein. The present invention includes a trapping agent of a target substance, said trapping agent having an affinity for the structural body indicated above and containing the structural body.
Outline of related art and contending technology BACKGROUND ART
Conventionally, a large protein is designed, constructed, such a huge protein can be utilized industrially expected.
For example, to Patent Document 1, 2 and 3 that form a protein fusion protein and the protein that form by, a large squirrel-cage (cage type) fusion protein structure described can be manufactured. The above publication, such a cage-structure such as a hollow structure, can be used for delivery of the drug or gene has been described.
