Abstract Provided is a probe which includes a hollow needle having an outer diameter of 0.003 to 0.4 mm and a length of 0.2 to 40 mm, and in which a distal end and a terminal end of the hollow needle are connected by means of a salt bridge. Also provided are an epidermal electric potential measuring device including said probe, an epidermal electric potential measuring method employing said epidermal electric potential measuring device, and a cosmetic method employing said epidermal electric potential measuring device.
Outline of related art and contending technology BACKGROUND ART
The stratum corneum is the outermost layer of skin, and external foreign substances from entering the body to prevent evaporation of moisture has a barrier function. 請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載のプローブと、前記中空針の末端と塩橋により連絡されている第一の電極と、前記第一の電極と電子伝導性部材により接続されている第二の電極と、前記第二の電極と塩橋により連絡されている別のプローブとを含むことを特徴とする、表皮電位測定装置。

前記プローブの先端と前記別のプローブの先端との間の中空針の軸方向に直交する方向の距離が、1~50mmである、請求項6に記載の表皮電位測定装置。
[請求項8]
前記中空針の前記先端と前記末端との間にスペーサーが設けられている、請求項6又は7に記載の表皮電位測定装置。
[請求項9]
請求項6~8のいずれか一項に記載の表皮電位測定装置を用いて、
前記プローブをその先端が真皮に達するように配置する工程と、前記別のプローブをその先端が皮膚表面に位置するように配置する工程と、を含むプローブ配置工程と、
前記第一の電極と前記第二の電極との間で、電流を印加して電圧を計測する、又は、電圧を印加して電流を計測する、電圧・電流計測工程と、
を含むことを特徴とする、表皮電位測定方法。

請求項6~8のいずれか一項に記載の表皮電位測定装置を用いて、
前記プローブをその先端が真皮に達するように配置する工程と、前記別のプローブをその先端が皮膚表面に位置するように配置する工程と、を含むプローブ配置工程と、
前記第一の電極と前記第二の電極との間で、電圧又は電流を印加する、電圧・電流印加工程と、
を含むことを特徴とする、美容方法。
