 対象に適用された場合における、波長が400nm以下の紫外線に対する分光反射率が30%以上である、請求項1に記載の組成物。

 2-ペンタコサノン、2-ヘプタコサノン、2-ノナコサノン、テトラコサナール、ヘキサコサナール、オクタコサナール及びトリアコタナールから選択される少なくとも1つの化合物を含む、撥水剤組成物。

 対象に適用された場合における水接触角が150°以上である、請求項3に記載の組成物。

 2-ペンタコサノンを含む、請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。

 皮膚外用組成物である、請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。

 対象を紫外線から保護するための方法であって、2-ペンタコサノン、2-ヘプタコサノン、2-ノナコサノン、テトラコサナール、ヘキサコサナール、オクタコサナール及びトリアコタナールから選択される少なくとも1つの化合物を対象に適用することを含む、方法。
