発明の概要(英語) With the purpose of achieving video recording with a wider angle, more wavelengths, and higher resolution while reducing device size by means of a simple configuration employing a single element, this imaging system 100, which captures an image of an imaging subject containing multiple items of optical information, is characterized by being equipped with: a volume hologram optical element 104 that divides the imaging subject per each item of optical information and then encodes the same; an image sensor 106 that obtains a multiplexed image by multiplexing the encoded images that have been encoded by the volume hologram optical element; and an image processing unit 108 that carries out image restoration processing on the multiplexed image obtained by the image sensor by means of compressive sensing and separates and reconstructs the imaging data of the imaging subject.
従来技術、競合技術の概要(英語) BACKGROUND ART
