発明の概要(英語) The present invention provides a fluidic chip for cell culture use, which can prevent the decrease in the activity of cultured cells in a preparation stage, and makes it possible to observe a cultured cell tissue while detaching the cultured cell tissue from the fluidic chip. The fluidic chip for cell culture use according to the present invention is characterized by being provided with a base and a lid member, wherein the base and the lid member are arranged in such a manner that a first flow path and a first housing section for detachably housing a first culture vessel therein can be formed between the base and the lid member when the base and the lid member are bonded to each other, the first culture vessel encloses a culture gel into which cells or a cell tissue is to be embedded and is at least partially formed from a hydrogel or a porous body, and the base and the lid member are arranged in such a manner that at least a portion of a liquid culture to be poured into the first flow path can be supplied to the first housing section.
従来技術、競合技術の概要(英語) BACKGROUND ART
