Abstract The present invention is capable of efficiently producing an organosilicon compound by using metallic-element-containing nanoparticles, e.g., platinum-containing nanoparticles, the surface of which has a solvent coordinated thereto, as a hydrosilylation catalyst for alkenes.
Outline of related art and contending technology BACKGROUND ART
Olefin is a hydrosilylation reaction, the reaction of the chemical 1 on one of the most useful. (Alkylsilane) is obtained an organic silicon compound, a lubricant, an adhesive, a silicone-based coating agent and the sealing agent as well as the raw materials for production, raw material such as cross-coupling reactions hiyama, on a building block useful for organic synthesis.Hydrosilylation reaction of the olefin used as the catalyst, the catalyst (see Non-Patent Document 1) Speier's, Karstedt's catalyst (see Non-Patent Document 2), iron-pin to the thermal catalyst (see Non-Patent Document 3) complexes, nickel-pin cir.sigma.lip type (see Non-Patent Document 4) catalyst complex, nickel complex NaBHEt3 (see Non-Patent Document 5), a nickel nanoparticle catalyst or the like (see non-patent document 6) have been reported.
Scope of claims (In Japanese)請求の範囲
[請求項1]
 表面に溶媒が配位した白金元素含有ナノ粒子の存在下、アルケン類とヒドロシラン類とを反応させて有機ケイ素化合物を生成する反応工程を含むことを特徴とする有機ケイ素化合物の製造方法。
[請求項2]
 前記反応工程が、前記白金元素含有ナノ粒子に加えて、表面に溶媒が配位した鉄元素含有ナノ粒子の存在下で行われる、請求項1に記載の有機ケイ素化合物の製造方法。
[請求項3]
 前記アルケン類が、下記式(A-1)で表される化合物、又は下記式(A-2)で表される化合物である、請求項1又は2に記載の有機ケイ素化合物の製造方法。

 前記白金元素含有ナノ粒子と前記鉄元素含有ナノ粒子の使用比率(鉄元素の物質量/白金元素の物質量)が、0.01~20である、請求項2~4の何れか1項に記載の有機ケイ素化合物の製造方法。
