発明の概要(英語) The purpose of the present invention is to provide, with respect to the production of a film of a nanocarbon material that does not contain dispersing agent, a simple and convenient production method that can yield a nanocarbon film containing little residual dispersion agent and impurities, and a production apparatus therefor. In a state where the surface of a substrate and a dispersion containing a nanocarbon material dispersed by a photoresponsive dispersing agent are in contact with each other, irradiation is carried out with light at a wavelength that induces a photoresponse in the photoresponsive dispersing agent, so that a film of the nanocarbon material is formed on the surface of the substrate that is in contact with the dispersion.
従来技術、競合技術の概要(英語) BACKGROUND ART
Carbon nanotubes (CNT) and graphene nano carbon material is represented, of nanotechnology are attention in recent years as new material.In particular, single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWCNT) is, a simple structure by a unique physicochemical properties, various fields are expected to be applied to.In the future, the nanocarbon material, a variety of industrial applications in order to effectively use, a film having a uniform film of the essential problem.
The nano-carbon material is used as the film forming method of the film, water or an organic solvent using a dispersing agent are dispersed in the carbon material of the nanoparticles in the dispersion, the dispersion is applied onto a substrate and then, dried film is in general.However, the film obtained in this manner a distributed agent which remains, the remaining dispersing agent is, the obtained material was causing a decrease in the electrical characteristics of the.Therefore, to remove a dispersant, a dispersing agent or a film production technology is not required.

As an example of the latter, and the synthesis filter formed on the CNT film and then, transferred to the membrane on a substrate (Patent Document 6) or a method of forming a film directly to a substrate synthesized CNT film (Patent Document 7) and a method, from CNT dispersion rare, method of forming a film by an inkjet method or the like (Non-Patent Document 1) have been reported.
