発明の名称 (英語) SHEET FOR TOTAL HEAT EXCHANGE ELEMENT AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING SHEET FOR TOTAL HEAT EXCHANGE ELEMENT NEW
発明の概要(英語) [Problem] To provide: a sheet for total heat exchange elements which prevents air from passing, has high moisture permeability, and can inhibit the odor of a water-soluble odoriferous substance from transferring; and a method for producing the sheet for total heat exchange elements.
[Solution] A sheet which comprises: a moisture-permeable filmy base 2; contained in the base 2, gelatin 3 for inhibiting the odor of a water-soluble odoriferous substance from transferring and a bisvinylsulfone compound for stabilizing the high-molecular structure of the gelatin 3; and fixed to the base 2, lithium chloride for improving the hygroscopicity.
従来技術、競合技術の概要(英語) BACKGROUND ART
In building the reference method (Heisei 15th method revision), the office building of all of the machine installation 24 is obligated to perform ventilation time. However, such as indoor or outdoor winter and summer temperature difference in the season, with the ventilation of the indoor heat released to the outside, a problem that a large loss of heat energy. Therefore, the exhaust is released to the outside by the ventilation air supply and incorporated into the indoor heat exchange between heat energy and to suppress the loss of the heat exchanger has been commercialized.
Incidentally, in the latent heat of water vapor present in the air contained in the thermal energy is called. For this reason, when the heat exchange, heat transfer due to the difference between the temperature of the air moved by the steam and latent heat exchange to exchange, a so-called total heat exchange may be carried out, a highly efficient heat exchange can be performed.Further, from the viewpoint of preventing excessive drying of the indoor water vapor by the latent heat exchange is desirable.
Would typically have a total heat exchanger is the total heat exchange element, as shown in Fig. 4, the ventilation air supply and air supply to the ventilation layer alternately arranged, the partition plate for constituting the respective layers as the total heat exchange element used in the seat. The total heat exchange element sheets, in order to perform the total heat exchange as described above, the ventilation of the ventilation air supply and the blocking of the latent-heat exchange performance of the moisture permeability for both are required. Therefore, up to this point, the total heat exchange element for the seat has been proposed a variety of the present invention.
For example, PCT Publication 02/099193, is equal to or less than 150ml of the fiber freeness of tapping the natural loosened made of paper pulp paper total heat exchange element has been proposed (Patent Document 1).Also, International Patent Application Publication 2014/014099, fine cellulose fibers in the nonwoven fabric layer in the multi-layered structure including at least one layer, 0.10 g/cm density3 0.90 g/cm more3 the sheet is less than or equal to a total heat exchanger has been proposed (Patent Document 2).Patent Document 1 and Patent Document 2 are of the invention, the gap formed between the fibers and the holes while ensuring the moisture permeability, the gap or holes can be densely provided with a vent is a function of blocking.
In addition, Japanese Patent Laid-Open Patent Application 2008-14623, a porous sheet containing hydrophilic fibers, the hydrophilic polymer may be coated with an aqueous solution containing, in which the pores of the porous sheet of hydrophilic polymer sheets from the sheet a total heat exchanger has been proposed (Patent Document 3).In addition, in Japanese Patent Application JP-53-16950, rock wool or glass fiber and the fiber as a main component, a large amount of a binder dispersed in water and aqueous slurry for paper making the paper sheet by a machine and the total heat exchange element and a leaf has been proposed (Patent Document 4).Furthermore, the patent publication is 4736718, and the addition of calcium chloride base paper, coated or impregnated with polymer resin a whole roll is used for the heat exchanger elements has been proposed (Patent Document 5).Also, Patent Publication 3791726, papermaking fibers, microfibrillated cellulose powder as a main component and the moisture release, such as silica gel and activated clay in a moisture-absorbing coating layer provided on the paper on the total heat exchanger has been proposed (Patent Document 6).Further, Japanese Patent Laid-Open Patent Application 2015-59286, and the natural pulp base sheet and a raw material, calcium carbonate or the like to fill up the gaps of the substrate sheet by a coating layer and the sheet is the total heat exchange element has been proposed (Patent Document 7).
Patent Document 3 to Patent Document 7 to one or more aspect of the present invention, hydrophilic fibers having a moisture permeability or the like as a main component, or a substrate highly hygroscopic components of the paper containing a calcium chloride or the like while ensuring the moisture permeability, each of the gaps between the fibers and a polymer material or the like is blocked by blocking the vent hole blocked is provided with a function.
Further, in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open 2007-64508, cellophane and high water-vapor permeability can be blocked by the vent has the ability to find the total heat exchange element for use as the sheet is used, a single layer or multiple layers of cellophane sheet using a total heat exchanger has been proposed (Patent Document 8).
