Thus, high transparency, and, an infrared light and ultraviolet light can be converted into electrical energy has been a demand for electronic devices.

 前記透明性プラズモンナノ粒子は、赤外域にLSPR吸収を有する透明導電性酸化物、硫化銅、リン化銅、テルル化銅、セレン化銅、酸化ルテニウム、酸化レニウム、酸化モリブデン、酸化タングステン、タングステンブロンズ及びDelafossite型銅酸化物からなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種を含むナノ粒子である、請求項3に記載の電子デバイス。

 前記透明性プラズモンナノ粒子は、錫ドープ酸化インジウムナノ粒子である、請求項3に記載の電子デバイス。

 前記透明性プラズモンナノ粒子の平均粒子径は2~1000nmである、請求項3~5の何れか1項に記載の電子デバイス。
