M1 denotes Ca, Sr or Ba. M2 denotes Fe, Mn, Co, Ni or Cu. x is 0.4-1.0. d is 0-0.5. M1M21-xTixO3-d is a perovskite type metal composite oxide carrier.).
従来技術、競合技術の概要(英語) BACKGROUND ART
