Title INDUCTION HEATING DEVICE AND POWER GENERATION SYSTEM
Abstract Provided is an induction heating device that heats a heating medium and comprises: a rotating body having a rotating shaft; a heating unit arranged opposite the rotating body with a space therebetween; a magnetic flux generation unit that is provided to the rotating body and generates magnetic flux with respect to the heating unit; a magnetic flux guide unit that is provided to an opposing surface-side of the heating unit which faces the magnetic flux generation unit and that guides the magnetic flux from the magnetic flux generation unit to the heating unit; and a flow path which is provided to the heating unit and through which the heating medium flows. The magnetic flux guide unit includes a magnetic body section formed of a magnetic material and an insulator section formed of a material having non-magnetic and electrically-insulating properties, and has a structure obtained by the magnetic body section and the insulator section extending from the magnetic flux generation unit along the direction of the heating unit and being stacked alternately along the circumferential direction of the heating unit.
Outline of related art and contending technology BACKGROUND ART
Patent Document 1 (Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication 2005-174801) of the eddy current heating apparatus, the outer circumference of the rotor permanent magnets disposed, and fixed to the outside of the rotor, the flow of the water inside the flow passage is formed in the heating portion of a conductive material.
Patent Document 2 (Japanese Patent Laid-Open Patent Publication 2011-159595) and Patent Document 3 (Japanese Patent Laid-Open Patent Publication 2012-256507) is, the induction heating device is disclosed. An aluminum-based material or copper material) and formed of a composite material, the magnetic material portion and the conductive material and has a structure in which a combination is described.
Scope of claims (In Japanese)請求の範囲 [請求項1]
 熱媒体を加熱する誘導加熱装置であって、
 回転軸を有する回転体と、
 前記回転体と間隔をあけて対向して配置される加熱部と、
 前記回転体に設けられ、前記加熱部に対して磁束を発生する磁束発生部と、
 前記加熱部の前記磁束発生部に対向する対向面側に設けられ、前記磁束発生部からの磁束を前記加熱部に案内する磁束ガイド部と、
 前記加熱部に設けられ、前記熱媒体が流通する流通路と、を備え、
 前記磁束ガイド部は、
  磁性材料で形成された磁性体部と、非磁性かつ電気絶縁性の材料で形成された絶縁体部と、を有し、
  前記磁性体部と前記絶縁体部とが、前記磁束発生部から前記加熱部の方向に沿って延び、かつ、前記加熱部の周方向に沿って交互に積層された構造を有する、誘導加熱装置。

[請求項2]
 前記磁束ガイド部が、絶縁皮膜を各々有し、かつ積層された複数の電磁鋼板を含む、積層体を含む、請求項1に記載の誘導加熱装置。

[請求項3]
 前記磁束ガイド部は、前記加熱部の対向面の全体に亘って設けられる、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の誘導加熱装置。

[請求項4]
 前記磁束ガイド部は、前記加熱部の周方向に空間をあけて前記加熱部の対向面に複数設けられる、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の誘導加熱装置。

[請求項5]
 前記磁束ガイド部間の前記空間に、断熱材が配置される、請求項4に記載の誘導加熱装置。

[請求項6]
 前記流通路は、前記流通路が前記加熱部と前記磁束ガイド部とにそれぞれ設けられると共に各流通路の一端同士が接続され、両流通路により往復の流路となるように形成されており、
 前記各流通路のうち、前記磁束ガイド部に設けられた一方の流通路が前記熱媒体の往路であり、前記加熱部に設けられた他方の流通路が前記熱媒体の復路である請求項1~請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の誘導加熱装置。

[請求項7]
 前記回転軸は、風車に接続されている、請求項1~請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の誘導加熱装置。

[請求項8]
 請求項1~請求項7のいずれか1項に記載の誘導加熱装置と、
 前記誘導加熱装置により加熱した前記熱媒体の熱を電気エネルギーに変換する発電部と、を備える発電システム。
