 前記非イオン性界面活性剤が、炭素数10~26の直鎖アルキル基を有する非イオン性界面活性剤である、請求項3に記載のナノエマルション粒子。

前記非イオン性界面活性剤が、式(3):

で表されるポリオキシエチレンアルキルエーテルである、請求項3又は4に記載のナノエマルション粒子。
