発明の概要(英語) PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processing method where required energy and time are reduced and further a fluorine-containing organic acid having a carbon number of 2-7 can be selectively removed.SOLUTION: In a separation method of perfluorohexanoic acid in a fluorine-containing organic acid solution having a carbon number of 2-7 utilizing reverse osmosis using a semipermeable membrane, the semipermeable membrane has a fractionation molecular weight larger than the molecular weight of a fluorine-containing organic acid having a carbon number of 2-7 and a negative surface zeta potential.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

特許請求の範囲(英語) [claim1]
1. Method for separating a fluorine containing at least one organic acid having carbon atoms in a 2-7 solution of the organic acid containing fluorine having 2-7 carbon atoms by filtration wherein: a filtration membrane has a molecular weight cutoff greater than the molecular weight of the organic acid containing fluorine having 2-7 carbon atoms and has a negative zeta potential surface.

2. Method according to claim 1 wherein the filtration is carried out by reverse osmosis.

3. Wherein the molecular weight of method according to claim 1 or 2 cutoff of the membrane filter is 5000 or more and 50000 DA Da or lower.

4. Wherein the molecular weight of method according to any one of claims 1 to 3 cutoff of the membrane filter is 8000 or more and 30000 DA Da or lower.

5. Wherein the molecular weight of method according to any one of claims 1 to 4 cutoff of the membrane filter is 15000 or more and 25000 DA Da or lower.

6. Wherein the zeta potential of the method according to any one of claims 1 to 5 surface of the membrane filter is less than or equal to-30 mV.

7. Wherein the zeta potential of the method according to any one of claims 1 to 6 surface of the membrane filter is less than or equal to-50 mV.

8. Wherein the zeta potential of the method according to any one of claims 1 to 7 surface of the membrane filter is-80 mV or less.

9. Wherein the molecular weight of method according to any one of claims 1 to 8 cutoff of the membrane filter is 5000 or more and 50000 DA Da or less and the zeta potential of the membrane filter surface is-30 or less MV.

10. Wherein the at least one organic acid method according to any one of claims 1 to 9 containing fluorine having 2-7 carbon atoms is a carboxylic acid containing fluorine having 2-7 carbon atoms or a salt thereof.

Method according to claim 10 wherein the carboxylic acid containing fluorine having 2-7 carbon atoms is a fluorine containing carboxylic acid of the formula (- I): X l - Rf l - COOH (- I) where: X l is H, F or Cl, and Rf L is a linear or branched fluoroalkylene group having 1-6 carbon atoms, a group having 1-6 carbon atoms which has a monoglycerolated œw fluoroalkylene group, or a group having 1-6 carbon atoms which has a poly-oxy fluoroalkylene; or perfluorocarboxylic acid of formula (i -a): X-2 2-Rf A=COOH (i -a) where: X ** 2 is H or F, and 2 RF is a group of formula (has): (CF2), - (CF20CF2) n r (CF20CF (CF3)), (has) in the formula (has), I is 0 or an integer from 1-4, m is 0 or an integer from 1-3, n is 0, 1 or 2, provided that I+2m+3n is not greater than 6, m and n are not simultaneously 0, and the order of occurrence of the respective repeating units in parentheses is not limited.

12. Method according to any one of claims 1 to 11 where the number of carbon atoms in the fluorine containing at least one organic acid having carbon atoms is 5-7 2-7.

Wherein the at least one organic acid method according to any one of claims 1 to 11 containing fluorine having 2-7 CF 3 0CF carbons is (see 3) see 2 0CF (see 3) COOH, CF3CF20CF2CF20CF2C001-1, 2 2 3 0CF 2 CF ═OCH FCF CF 2 CF CCOH, CF3CF20CF2CF20CF2C001-1, CF30CF2CF2CF2OCHFCF2COOH, 3 CF (see 2) 4 COOH, CF3CF2CF20CF (CF3) COOH, f. (see 2) 4 CH 2 CF 2 COOH, hr (CF2) 6COOH, - H (CF2) 4COOH, 2 0CF or 2=CFCF CH (CF3) COOH.

Filtration system equipped with a filtration membrane for a solution of an organic acid containing fluorine having 2-7 carbon atoms, wherein a semipermeable membrane has a molecular weight cutoff greater than the molecular weight of the organic acid containing fluorine having 2-7 carbon atoms and has a negative zeta potential surface.
