発明の概要(英語) PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processing method where required energy and time are reduced and further a fluorine-containing organic acid having a carbon number of 2-7 can be selectively removed.SOLUTION: In a separation method of perfluorohexanoic acid in a fluorine-containing organic acid solution having a carbon number of 2-7 utilizing reverse osmosis using a semipermeable membrane, the semipermeable membrane has a fractionation molecular weight larger than the molecular weight of a fluorine-containing organic acid having a carbon number of 2-7 and a negative surface zeta potential.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

特許請求の範囲(英語) [claim1]
1. A Method for separating an organic acid containing from fluorine having 2-7 carbon atoms in an organic acid solution containing of fluorine having 2-7 carbon atoms by filtration where:
a membrane of filtration has a molecular mass of cut higher than the molecular mass of the organic acid containing of fluorine having 2-7 carbon atoms and has potential negative zeta of surface.

2. Proceeded according to the claim 1 where filtration is led by opposite osmosis.

3. Proceeded according to claim 1 or 2 where the molecular mass of cut of the membrane of filtration is 5000 Da or more and 50000 Da or less.

4. Proceeded according to any of claims 1-3 where the molecular mass of cut of the membrane of filtration is 8000 Da or more and 30000 Da or less.

5. Proceeded according to any of claims 1-4 where the molecular mass of cut of the membrane of filtration is 15000 Da or more and 25000 Da or less.

6. Proceeded according to any of claims 1-5 where potential zeta of surface of the membrane of filtration is -30 mV or less.

7. Proceeded according to any of claims 1-6 where potential zeta of surface of the membrane of filtration is -50 mV or less.

8. Proceeded according to any of claims 1-7 where potential zeta of surface of the membrane of filtration is -80 mV or less.

9. Proceeded according to any of claims 1-8 where the molecular mass of cut of the membrane of filtration is 5000 Da or more and 50000 Da or less and potential zeta of surface of the membrane of filtration is -30 mV or less.

10. Proceeded according to any of the claims 1-9 where the organic acid containing of fluorine having 2-7 carbon atoms is a carboxylic acid containing of fluorine having 2-7 carbon atoms or a salt of this one.

11. Proceeded according to the claim 10 where the carboxylic acid containing of fluorine having 2-7 carbon atoms is a carboxylic acid containing of fluorine of formula (I):
X L - RF L - COOH (I) where:
X L is H, F or Cl, and RF L is linear or ramified a fluoroalkylene group having 1-6 carbon atoms, a group having 1-6 carbon atoms which have a mono group - œw fluoroalkylene, or a group having 1-6 carbon atoms which have a group poly-oxy fluoroalkylene; or an acid perfluorocarboxylic of formula (I - has):
X 2 - RF 2 - COOH (I - has) where:
X 2 is H or F, and RF 2 is a group of formula (A):
(CF2), - (CF20CF2) N R (CF20CF (CF3)), (A) in the formula (A), I are 0 or one entirety of 1-4, m is 0 or one entirety of 1-3, N is 0.1 or 2, provided that I+2m+3n are not higher than 6, m and N are not simultaneously 0, and the order of occurrence of the units repeated between respective brackets is not limited.

12. Proceeded according to any of the claims 1-11 where the number of carbon atoms in the organic acid containing of fluorine having 2-7 carbon atoms is 5-7.

System of filtration provided with a membrane of filtration for a solution of an organic acid containing of fluorine having 2-7 carbon atoms, where a semipermeable membrane has a molecular mass of cut higher than the molecular mass of the organic acid containing of fluorine having 2-7 carbon atoms and has potential negative zeta of surface.
