発明の概要(英語) PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processing method where required energy and time are reduced and further a fluorine-containing organic acid having a carbon number of 2-7 can be selectively removed.SOLUTION: In a separation method of perfluorohexanoic acid in a fluorine-containing organic acid solution having a carbon number of 2-7 utilizing reverse osmosis using a semipermeable membrane, the semipermeable membrane has a fractionation molecular weight larger than the molecular weight of a fluorine-containing organic acid having a carbon number of 2-7 and a negative surface zeta potential.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

特許請求の範囲(英語) [claim1]
1. Method for separating a organic acid containing fluorine having w7 carbon atony in a solution of the organic acid containing fluorine having-7 carbon atoms per filtering wherein: e of filtration membrane has a molecular rasse cutoff greater than the molecular weight of the organic acid containing fluorine having-7 carbon atoms and has a zeta potential €egatlf and r is the surface of the organic acid solution containing fluorine having-7 carbon atoms Content a metal salt.

Method according to claim 10 wherein the carboxylic acid containing fluorine having 2-7 carbon atoms is a fluorine containing carboxylic acid of the (1) formula: X **1 - Rf1 A=COOH (- i) X i ' is H, F and 0, and Rf1 is a group fluoroaikylene linear or branched alkyl group having 1-6 carbon atoms, a group having 1-6 carbon atoms which has a mono-oxy fluoroalkylene, or a group having 1-6 carbon atoms which has a poly-oxy fluoroalkylene; or perfluorocarboxylic acid of the formula (- a): X **2 is H or F and Rf2 is a group of formula (has): in the formula (has), l is 0 or an integer from 1-4, n is 0 or an integer from-34. n is 0,1 or 2, provided that I+ m+ n is not greater than 6, m and n are not simultaneously 0, and the order of occurrence of the respective repeating units in parentheses' is not restricted.

12. Method according to any of claims 141 wherein the number of carbon atoms in the fluorine containing at least one organic acid having carbon atoms is 5-7 2-7.

Method according to any of claims 1-11 wherein the fluorine containing organic DDE is 2-7 having carbon atoms isCF30CF(CF3)CF20CF(CF3)COOH, CF3CF20CF2CF20CF2COOH, CF30CF2CF2CF2OCHFCF2COOH, CF3CF20CF2CF20CF2C001-1, CF30CF2CF2CF2OCHFCF2COOH, CF3(CF2)4COOH, CF3CF2CF20CF(CF3)COOH, F(CF2)4CH2CF2C001-1, H(CF2)6COOH, H(CF2)4COOH, ou CH2=CFCF20CF(CF3)COOH.

Filtration system equipped with a filtration membrane for a solution of an organic acid containing fluorine having 2-7 carbon atoms, wherein a semipermeable membrane has a molecular weight cutoff greater than the molecular weight of the organic acid containing fluorine having 2-7 carbon atoms and has a negative zeta potential surface, and 1a at least one organic acid solution containing fluorine having 2-7 carbon atoms contains a metal salt.
