発明の概要(英語) Provided is exo-β-1,2-glucanase which is one member selected from among: exo-β-1,2-glucanase acting on linear β-1,2-glucan to form sophorose; (a) a protein comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 1; (b) a protein comprising an amino acid sequence derived from the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 1 by deletion of the amino acid residues at the 1-18 positions; (c) a protein comprising an amino acid sequence derived from the amino acid sequence of (a) or (b) by substitution, deletion or addition of one to several amino acid residues and having exo-β-1,2-glucanase activity; and (d) a protein showing a 90% or more sequence identity to the amino acid sequence of (a) or (b) and having exo-β-1,2-glucanase activity. Also provided is a method for producing sophorose with the use of exo-β-1,2-glucanase.
従来技術、競合技術の概要(英語) BACKGROUND ART
In recent years, the cellulosic biomass as a raw material when producing bioethanol, Trichoderma cellulases produced from Rhoma (Trichoderma) has been widely used. Trichoderma fungal cellulase in order to improve the production efficiency, to induce the production of a cellulase component that needs to be added to the medium. Conventional, cellulase production of excellent as a component of the induction effect, sophorose has been known.
Is sophorose, β-1 2 molecule of glucose, disaccharides and 2 coupled to the rare, does not exist naturally very few. Therefore, various methods have been proposed to manufacture sophorose respectively.
For example, to Patent Document 1, β - (Aspergillus) derived from the genus Aspergillus alkylchain is applied to glucose, sophorose disclosed a method of producing. Is the non-patent document 1, Listeria, derived from the β-1 (Listeria innocua) innocua, 2-glucose and glucose oligo-glucan phosphorylase-1-is applied to the phosphoric acid, sophorose disclosed a method of producing. Is Patent Document 2, derived from Rhoma Acremonium end of the β-1, 2-β-1 the glucanase, 2-glucan is applied to the, sophorose disclosed a method of producing.
