従来技術、競合技術の概要(英語) BACKGROUND ART

MRNA of about 3.5 kb,2.4 kb,2.1 kb,0.7 kb cccDNA transferred from.Pregenomic RNA mRNA of 3.5 kb as a part of the genetic information and transmitted to progeny virus, and the material constituting the nucleocapsid protein HBc encoding and reverse transcriptase. 2.4 kb and 2.1 kb of the envelope protein is one of the 3 mRNA encoding the HBs. 0.7 kb mRNA is to control the transfer of viruses from the cccDNA HBx mRNA encoding the protein.HBV DNA is the virus, genetic information is via pregenomic RNA once transmitted to progeny virus.CccDNA pregenomic RNA transcribed from a virus is introduced into the reverse transcriptase and capsids. 1 Reverse transcriptase in the nucleocapsid pregenomic RNA is synthesized from the stranded DNA.Then to decompose the template RNA, DNA complementary strand synthesis.Then the nucleocapsid wrapped in an envelope, is released to the outside of the cell.In addition, the envelope protein and HBs HBV infected cells composed of a lipid bilayer HBs antigen (Fig. 1) to produce a large amount.
