Abstract Provided are: a particulate composition which exhibits high dispersibility in water regardless of the kind of solid particles; and a method for producing this particulate composition. Also provided are: a liquid composition; a surface modifying agent; and a method for improving water dispersibility. The present invention additionally provides: a particulate composition which has dispersibility in an oil-based material; and a method for producing this particulate composition. A particulate composition according to the present invention contains solid particles and an amphiphilic substance that is present on the surfaces of the solid particles; and the amphiphilic substance has an ability of forming closed vesicles in water. A method for producing a particulate composition according to the present invention comprises: a step for preparing a mixture of solid particles and a solvent in which amphiphilic substance that has an ability of forming closed vesicles in water is dissolved; and a step for removing the solvent in the mixture.
Outline of related art and contending technology BACKGROUND ART
The solid particles, such as paints or cosmetics have been used in many applications, the solid particles, dispersed in water medium such as a uniform and stable than the conventional technique has been demanded. In particular, for foundation cosmetic as the color pigment particles in the UV or the like delicate conditions of a variety of dispersion stability is demanded.
For example, to Patent Document 1, the silicone resin and/or solid particles from the surface of the organic powders, a water-soluble polyoxyalkylene glycol derivatives, water-soluble cationic polymer, low molecular weight organosilicon derivatives in the treatment for hydrophilicity, to improve the dispersibility of the water is disclosed.
Scope of claims (In Japanese)[請求項1]
 固体粒子と、該固体粒子の表面に存在する両親媒性物質と、を含み、
 前記両親媒性物質が水中においては閉鎖小胞体の形成能を有する、粒子状組成物。

[請求項2]
 水に分散させた際、6層以上の単分子膜層を形成して前記固体粒子表面を被覆可能な前記両親媒性物質を含有する請求項1に記載の粒子状組成物。

[請求項3]
 水又は油性物質に分散させたときの平均粒子径が、被覆処理前の固体粒子をエタノールに分散させたときの平均粒子径に対して1.0倍以上1.5倍以下である、請求項1又は2に記載の粒子状組成物。

[請求項4]
 前記固体粒子が、金属酸化物の粒子である、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の粒子状組成物。

[請求項5]
 請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の粒子状組成物と、該粒子状組成物を含む水又は油性物質と、を有する、液体組成物。

[請求項6]
 前記水中において、前記固体粒子表面が前記両親媒性物質によって形成された6層以上の単分子膜層によって被覆された状態で分散している請求項5に記載の液体組成物。

[請求項7]
 化粧料又は塗料用である、請求項5又は6に記載の液体組成物。

[請求項8]
 請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の粒子状組成物の製造方法であって、
 固体粒子と、水中においては閉鎖小胞体の形成能を有する両親媒性物質を溶解した溶媒との混合物を調製する工程と、
 前記混合物中の溶媒を除去する工程と、を有する、方法。

[請求項9]
 前記混合物中の溶媒の除去を、溶媒を揮発させることにより行う、請求項8に記載の方法。

[請求項10]
 水中においては閉鎖小胞体の形成能を有する両親媒性物質からなる、固体粒子の表面改質剤。

[請求項11]
 固体粒子の表面を、水中においては閉鎖小胞体の形成能を有する両親媒性物質で覆うことによる、水又は油性物質に対する分散性の向上方法。
