発明の概要(英語) Provided are: an analysis method and a diagnosis device, whereby it can be diagnosed whether melanonychia striata is caused by a malignant tumor or a benign nevus by correcting color variation in a dermoscopy image by standardizing color balance without depending on an imaging device or an operator; and a computer program for making a computer function as the diagnosis device. This analysis method comprises: an image reading step for reading a color image of melanonychia striata or an affected skin site of a subject as a digital color image; image processing steps involving an image size conversion step for converting the whole size of the digital color image into a preset size through pixel size conversion, and a region of interest (ROI)-extraction step for extracting an ROI required for the diagnosis from the digital color image; a color adaptation conversion step for controlling the color balance of the digital color image data through color adaptation conversion; and a diagnostic index (DI) calculation step for determining a DI value using the image after the color adaptation conversion.
