Abstract Provided is an ophthalmic examination device including: an image receiving means for receiving an image containing at least one of a line and a shape in a visual field region centered at a fixation point, drawn by a subject; and an evaluating means for evaluating a degree of image distortion of the subject on the basis of the image received by the image receiving means.
Outline of related art and contending technology BACKGROUND ART

 前記画像が、直線、曲線、円弧、円、楕円、正多角形、及び多角形から選択される少なくとも1種を含む請求項1又は2に記載の眼科検査装置。

 前記画像受領手段が、前記視野領域中で水平方向又は垂直方向において一定の視角で始点と終点を表示し、前記被検者が前記固視点を固視した状態で、前記被検者が前記始点と前記終点を手書きで結んだ直線又は曲線を描画した画像を受領する請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の眼科検査装置。

 前記画像受領手段が、前記視野領域中で水平方向又は垂直方向において一定の視角で一本の線を表示し、前記被検者が前記固視点を固視した状態で、前記被検者が前記一本の線を動かして直線又は曲線を描画した画像を受領する請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の眼科検査装置。

 前記画像が、格子画像又は同心円画像である請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の眼科検査装置。

[請求項7]
 前記被検者の変視の程度が、歪みの大きさ、歪みの変位、及び歪みの激しさから選択される少なくとも1種である請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の眼科検査装置。

[請求項8]
 前記評価手段で得られた結果を用いてシミュレーションすることにより、前記被検者が実際に見えている画像を再現する画像再現手段を更に有する請求項1から7のいずれかに記載の眼科検査装置。

[請求項9]
 被検者が描画した、固視点を中心とした視野領域に線及び図形の少なくともいずれかを含む画像を受領する画像受領工程と、
 前記画像受領工程が受領した前記画像に基づき、前記被検者の変視の程度を評価する評価工程と、
 を含むことを特徴とする眼科検査方法。
